Architecture Contest

The project emerges from the idea of abstraction regarding the old military groups that inhabited the area. The building evolves geometrically until becoming a unitary structure, dominated internally by indirect and overhead light.

Concrete – the contemporary stone –  was the chosen material, by virtue of both its structural possibilities and its ability to adapt to the environment over time.

The different spaces are grouped according to their use. They can be connected or isolated according to the desired needs, allowing the appearance of new routes.

The lobby, as well as the humid spaces, are housed in independent light structures that contrast in color and shape with the geometry of the facilities – and thus, emphasizing spaces and concepts.
